Intake Session $300

Individual Therapy $250

Couple Therapy $300

Jamron Counseling Specialties Therapists works on an Out-Of-Network basis with insurance companies.

Out-of-Network:

If your plan offers Out-Of-Network benefits we will file these claims for you so you won't be doing any extra paperwork to get reimbused.

Claims are filed using psychotherapy procedures all services legally rendered as psychotherapy under NYS regulations.

Sliding Scale Fees:

Clients seeking sliding scale fees will be estbalished in case of financial hardship. We also offer different out of pocket rates based on therapist experience.

If I don't have Out-Of-Network benefits can I still do therapy?

The patient's summary plan description governs amount payable, as every claim submitted is subject to all plan provisions, including, but not limited to, eligibility requirements, exclusions, limitations, and applicable state mandates.

Of course, you will be able to see a therapist but on an Out-Of-Pocket rate.

If I have a deductible will I be responsible for the full amount?

Yes, but if you're having financial difficulty with this rate please contact us to offer you a reduced rate.

How much is going to be charged to my insurance?

If your insurance offers Out-Of-Network benefits your insurance will be charged our regular fee:

CPT Code 90834: Psychotherapy sessions $250

CPT Code 90837: Family sessions $300

CPT Code 90791: Intake evaluation $300

Your insurance will evaluate this rate and then approve an amount. Please allow 30 days for your insurance to provide this amount. Once established you won't be responsible of any amount higher than this.

Late Cancelation Fee:

Appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours will be billed $80.
